Some tips on the latest wines.....

If you're interested, below are my ratings and cellaring advice for the wines.

I thought it would be worth pointing out that at Secret Vines we're highly critical of the wines we sell, and certainly don't have false or inflated ratings as some merchants do.

A word of warning, if you see a retailer claim a cleanskin wine (or some other cheapie) is 95/100, you would be right to question the veracity of their judgement. In all my time in the wine game, I've never tasted a reject wine that is anything near that quality!

Think about it - if you had made a wine that was 94+ out of 100 (meaning, its one of the best of its kind in Australia), would you flog it off without a label or in a discount bin for a couple of bucks?

So here's my cellaring recommendations and ratings for The Grape Escape.....
