Secret Vines Q & A

17th September, 2009

I've had a few emails over the last week asking for a bit more detail on our service. I thought I may as well share the Q & A with everyone to shed more light on why we operate the way we do....

1.                   How come you have such a small range?

We taste hundreds of wines a month, yet we only sell twelve different wines at a time. We cull mountains and mountains of dross to make sure every wine is a winner. Only around 8% of wines tasted make it into our final selection. Imagine a liquor super-store going to that sort of trouble, or having that sort of confidence in their selections!

2.                   What's the deal with the mixed packs, can I order a straight case?

By specialising in the mixed pack and dealing direct with wineries, we can offer better value than would otherwise be the case. All serious producers like to protect their recommended retail price. By mixing the wines up (to protect a single bottle price RRP), we can secure better deals from our suppliers and pass this onto you. It saves you money and you get to try a wide variety of top quality wines from Australia's best small producers.

And yes, If you like the wines you've tried, get in touch and you can order a straight case of your favourites via phone or email.

3.                   What if I don't like one of the wines or I want to swap one of the wines in the pack?

We guarantee every wine, every time. So if you get something you don't like, let us know and we will give you a refund, a replacement or a gift voucher to use on your next order.

And yes, if there's a wine in the packs that you're not keen to try, just let us know in the delivery instructions and we'll swap it over for something else.

That's our Q & A.......let me know if you have any other questions I can answer for you.

We've got one of our best offers ever out at the moment, click on this link to have a look - current offers here.
