Introduction
When it comes to wine, 'The Tipsters' are the people I look up to most in the world.
They’re people who’ve worked in the wine industry for years. People who’ve studied wine, made it, served it, cooked for it, sold it and, of course, relished it. And they really do know their stuff!
We have a wine buyer, a journo, six winemakers, a grape grower, a wine importer, two restaurateurs, a chef, a caterer, a physiotherapist and – dare I say it – Brisbane’s answer to Lady Bollinger! All personal friends, and all seriously in love with wine. And, of course, there’s my mum (well, somebody has got to keep us out of trouble!).
