Jeremy is the man behind every great party. We like to have him around for his keen sense for ‘after hours’ merrymaking. He’s the one that will move straight from his first glass of Riesling to the dance floor... Steady!

But seriously, Jeremy really knows his stuff when it comes to food and wine. He worked for 7 years in London in several top-end restaurants, before returning home to Sydney to put together some of the best private and corporate parties the harbour city has seen.

With a penchant for tasty dry whites and full-flavoured bubbles, it’s important to let all the society ladies out there know that his home phone number is unavailable for publication!
