Corrina Wright

Portrait of Corrina Wright

Corrina is the sixth generation of her family to toil the Oliver Vineyards in McLaren Vale which were first planted in 1841 – so it would be an understatement to say grape growing and wine are in her blood.  Veracious, down to the earth and just plain rockin’, Corrina is a superstar winemaker and one of the best ladies in the game.

She gets to taste heaps of wine as a show judge in Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and The Australian Alternative Variety Wine Shows, while she is also the Chair of the McLaren Vale Wine Show. And just in case that’s not enough wine tasting for you, Corrina is also a member of the Australian export panel which tests the quality of Aussie wine before it heads off O.S.

What else can I say.........but I reckon it would take a full six generations to build up that sort of tolerance.
