This woman loves her champagne. We call her Aunty Bolli because she has a similar sized cellar to the great lady of Champagne and she’s often heard to proclaim the same ideals when discussing her favourite topic...which is, Champagne of course.
She'll rarely say (mind you), but often sing the words of Lady Lily Bollinger, of Bollinger Champagne fame.....
"I drink it when I'm happy and when I'm sad. Sometimes, I drink it when I'm alone. When I have company I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I'm not hungry and drink it if I am. Otherwise, I never touch it - unless I'm thirsty."
