"Mr McLaren Vale Cellar Door Person of the Year", or "The Zen Man", loves to kick on with a sturdy red. Ever since early Uni days Mark has helped me scour the country for a top drop. Mark can always suss out a bargain that no one's heard of. Before moving to ‘the Vale' (or red wine heaven as he calls it) Mark was a wine buyer in Brisbane and has been sniffing for the perfect bottle for 15 years.
