2005 Tin Shed 'Single Wire' Shiraz (Museum Release)
This wine is made from 90 year old (secret) Eden Valley vines. At seven years of age it is really hitting its prime. I had to twist Peter Clarke's arm to get a few out of his own cellar for this aged release.
2005 is considered a very fine year across the Barosssa. Fleshy, spicy and tapered - this wine is the King of the Pack.
