2007 Bremerton Reserve Cabernet
The 2007 Reserve Cabernet is a powerful yet elegant wine, showing notes of blackberry and subtle undertones of chocolate. The wine is supported by a fine tannin structure and shows spice and complexity from the careful use of new French oak.
Individual Cabernet Sauvignon parcels were fermented in open vats then matured in new French oak barrels for 24 months. Only the best barrels were then selected to make up the Reserve Cabernet blend. Two years additional bottle maturation allows further flavour development and tannin integration before the wines' release.
This Rerserve Cabernet will evolve and open up with cellaring 6-10+
