2010 Willunga 100 Cabernet Shiraz
This one uses parcels of both Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from a range of suitable blocks across McLaren Vale. Some cooler sites were used for Cabernet Sauvignon to enhance the blend profile, while the ripe, juicy Shiraz adds tannin and spice.
This is a lively and big-hearted red with lashings of spice and berry flavour.
The tannins are soft yet linger, making it a perfect accompaniment to food or just a great drink on its own.
