2009 ‘919' Petit Manseng

Petit Manseng is another interesting grape from outside the square that we just couldn't resist showing around. The grape is originally from South West France but is now embraced by a handful of Australian winemakers.

This is a dry style with an abundance of lemon citrus, green apple and clove flavours. It's interesting. It's impressive. I would definitely go back for more!

What you said

It's at least five days since I drank this wine, I can't tell you the exact flavours but the joy of it still lingers. Similar style to an Alsation riesling, superiority reigns with those mineral/shale flavours.. We enjoyed this with a relaxed looking stinky brie.. a handsome pair indeed... And swipe goes my credit card..
