2007 Setanta ‘Emer’ Chardonnay
This is a beautifully balanced and textured Chardonnay. It has flavours of nectarine, melon, and nuts which lead to layers of tender goodness. It's not an over the top chardonnay but something with real poise and purpose.
Ahhh.... if all Chardonnays were this good, the variety would still be the most popular around.
