2010 Primo Estate 'la biondina' Colombard
The ‘la biondina' (A.K.A. the young blonde) is always a favourite and the 2010 version is another sure fire hit. This wine is a modern Australian classic because it was one of the first crisp, dry whites around and still remains unique and reliably tasty. It's made from Colombard grape which has tropical twists, but what makes it so good is the crunchiness that tends to linger on and on.
A cool, dry white with a vivacious personality.... everyone should have bottles of this blonde lying around the house - crack in case of emergency!
